Faisalabad News Latest - APP November 24, 2020: Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank provides loans to small farmers across the province including Faisalabad, Jhang, Toba Tek Singh and Chiniot in Faisalabad Division on easy terms for obtaining seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and other agricultural inputs. The supply chain is in full swing while the disbursement of loans will continue till January 31, 2021.
A spokesman of Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Faisalabad Region said that loans for small crops across Punjab for the Rabi year 2020-21 are being extended at lightning speed and till January 31, they will be given at least Rs 2.5 billion across the province including Faisalabad division. He said that besides issuing productive loans to cooperative societies, the bank was also issuing medium term loans for costly tractors, agricultural machinery and sheep, goat, cattle etc. He hoped that the bank's creditors would ensure prompt payment of their arrears and dues so that they could continue to provide maximum loans in a more efficient manner.
