According to details, the Pay and Pension Commission has prepared recommendations for increasing the salaries and pensions of government employees in the budget for the next financial year. The Pay and Pension Commission has said in its recommendations that the current system of salaries and pensions is increasing government spending. In its recommendations, the commission has said that a regular integrated system is needed to control government expenditure, without which government Expenses cannot be reduced.

The burden of pensions and salaries of government employees has been increasing on the government due to the lack of an integrated system for the last several years, but no government has taken any effective steps in this regard, but now the Pay and Pension Commission It has made its recommendation to the government, which not only makes recommendations for increasing the salaries of government employees, but also asks the government to create a mechanism.

According to sources in the Federal Ministry of Finance, the Pay and Pension Commission has prepared recommendations on closing the pay gap and job structure of the employees. The commission has recommended to continue the agreement on annual increase in salaries, benefits and pensions of the employees. The Treasury will take a final look at the commission's recommendations by the end of this month, after which it will approve the increase in pensions and salaries.
